The New York Republican Congressional Delegation urged Acting Attorney General Monty Wilkinson of the U.S. Department of Justice to immediately issue subpoenas for New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, the Secretary to the Governor, the New York State Commissioner of Health and their respective staffs for all documentation and communications related to their nursing home policies during the COVID-19 pand . . .
