EAST LANSING, Michigan, Feb. 2 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Great Lakes Regional Field Office issued the following news release:
All cattle and calves in Michigan as of January 1, 2021 were 1.14 million head, down 1 percent from last year, according to Marlo Johnson, Director of the USDA, NASS, Great Lakes Regional Office. Michigan highlights from the January 1 report follow:
