WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 -- Rep. Jack Bergman, R-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Rep. Jack Bergman will introduce bipartisan legislation naming the Marquette Post Office after State Senator Tom Casperson. Tom served in the Michigan House and Senate for 14 years, where he passed more than 100 pieces of legislation and was a universally respected voice for the Upper Peninsula. Senator Casperson passed away on November 29, 2020 after a courageous two-year battle with lung cancer . . .
