CAMDEN, New Jersey, Jan. 29 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Rachael A. Honig, issued the following news release on Jan. 28, 2021:

The former mayor of Atlantic City was sentenced today to 30 days in prison and 11 months of home confinement for defrauding contributors to a youth basketball team out of more than $86,000, Acting U.S. Attorney Rachael Honig announced.
