WASHINGTON, Jan. 29 -- Rep. Brian Babin, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Congressman Brian Babin (TX-36) issued the following statement on his new bill, the Protecting Life in Crisis Act (H.R. 28), to ensure COVID-19-related funds are not used for abortions or abortion coverage.
