U.S. Congressman Donald Norcross (NJ-01) joined U.S. Senators Chris Coons (D-Del.) and Todd Young (R-Ind.) and U.S. Representative David McKinley (R-W.Va.) to reintroduce the Apprenticeship Hubs Across America Act to expand the highly successful registered apprenticeship model to high-growth job sectors.
