RHINEBECK, New York, Jan. 29 -- Rep. Antonio Delgado, D-New York, issued the following news release:
U.S. Representative Antonio Delgado (NY-19) and U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (NY) announced their Rebuild Rural America Act, which would deliver federal resources directly to rural communities as they respond to, and recover from, the economic crisis caused by COVID-19.
