NEW YORK, Jan. 29 -- The American Civil Liberties Union, a 501(c)3 non-profit that works to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the U.S., issued the following news release on Jan. 28:
Two Texas groups -- FIEL and RAICES -- represented by the American Civil Liberties Union and ACLU of Texas, moved to intervene in a Texas lawsuit that seeks to block the Biden administration's 100-day moratorium on deportations.
