GREENEVILLE, Tennessee, Jan. 26 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee, J. Douglas Overbey, issued the following news release:
Larry Everett Smith, 50, of Tampa, Florida, pleaded guilty before Senior District Judge Ronnie Greer to one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud. Sentencing has been set for October 25, 2021 at 3:00 p.m., in United States District Court in Greeneville. Smith faces a term of up to 10 years in prison.
