WASHINGTON, Jan. 22 -- Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-New York, issued the following statement:

Immediately upon swearing-in, President Joe Biden issued an Executive Order to halt construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline, a project Congressman Stefanik helped advance in 2015. She issued the following statement on her staunch opposition to President Biden's irresponsible, job-killing order:
