Maloney (D-NY), senior member of the House Committee on Financial Services, today wrote to President-elect Joe Biden, urging him to block the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's (OCC) recently finalized "Fair Access to Financial Services" rule which would force financial institutions to lend to and support gun manufacturers.
