WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release on Jan. 14:
The Department of Justice announced today that it reached a settlement with National Systems America LP (National Systems), a Dallas, Texas-based staffing agency.
The settlement resolves the department's claim that National Systems violated the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) when it (1) imposed unlawful citizenship restrictions on applicants for certain positions . . .
