NEWARK, New Jersey, Jan. 15 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Rachael A. Honig, issued the following news release on Jan. 13:
A former director of medical and scientific affairs at a New Jersey pharmaceutical company was arrested today on charges of stealing and illegally transmitting trade secrets, Acting U.S. Attorney Rachael A. Honig announced.
Shafat A. Quadri, 57, of North Potomac, Maryland, is charged by complaint with one count of theft . . .
