BUFFALO, New York, Jan. 15 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, James P. Kennedy Jr., issued the following news release on Jan. 13:
U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Eduardo Flores, Jr., 50, of Amherst, NY, was charged by criminal complaint with depredation of government property. The charge carries a maximum penalty of one year in prison and a $100,000 fine.
