U.S. Senators Bob Menendez (D-NJ) and Cory Booker (D-NJ), and U.S. Reps. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09), Donald Payne, Jr. (D-NJ-10), and Tom Malinowski (D-NJ-07), today applauded the final execution of a Full Funding Grant Agreement (FFGA), unlocking over $800 million in federal funding for construction of a new Portal North Bridge.
