WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Rep. Al Green, D-Texas, issued the following news release:

On Thursday, January 14, 2021, the Texas Congressional Democratic Delegation, led by Chairman Al Green, sent a letter to Governor Greg Abbott, requesting the prioritization of low-income individuals and households for COVID-19 vaccine distribution. The delegation released the following statement:

"I stand with the Texas Congressional Democratic Delegation in calling on Governor Abbott . . .
