WASHINGTON, Jan. 14 -- Rep. Timothy Burchett, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement:
U.S. Representative Tim Burchett (TN-02) voted against a non-binding resolution calling on Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment and remove President Donald Trump from office. Rep. Burchett released the following statement:
"Congress does not have the constitutional authority to invoke the 25th Amendment, and Vice President Pence said he will not do so. There . . .
