As the second impeachment of President Donald Trump begins in the U.S. House, Congresswoman Chellie Pingree (D-Maine) today released a video statement on the need to hold President Trump accountable for role in inciting a group of insurrectionists to storm the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021:
