WASHINGTON, Jan. 14 -- Rep. Albio Sires, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
Congressman Albio Sires (D-NJ) released the following statement after the House passed H.Res. 21 by a vote of 223-205:
"Last night, I voted in favor of a resolution calling on the Vice President to convene the Cabinet and activate the 25th Amendment of the Constitution to declare the President incapable of executing his duties of office," said Rep. Sires.
