On Sunday, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced that the United States intends to designate the Houthis--officially known as Ansar Allah (Partisans of God)--as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) and as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT) entity.
