NEW YORK, Jan. 12 -- The International Rescue Committee issued the following news release:
As high-income countries begin to roll out COVID-19 vaccination campaigns, there are increased concerns that billions of people will not receive the vaccine, putting the global community at risk of prolonging this pandemic and its devastating knock-on effects.
Shortages in supply of COVID-19 vaccines, coupled with vaccine nationalism, means the vast majority of people in conflict . . .
