TRENTON, New Jersey, Jan. 9 -- The New Jersey School Boards Association issued the following news release:
Citing the meaningful contributions that boards of education make to public education and to the quality of life in New Jersey, Gov. Phil Murphy has proclaimed January 2021 as School Board Recognition Month in New Jersey.
"New Jersey's 5,000 local board of education members in New Jersey devote countless hours, without remuneration, to the oversight of school . . .
