HOUSTON, Texas, Jan. 9 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Texas issued the following news release on Jan. 8:
The American Civil Liberties Union, ACLU of Texas and Hogan Lovells LLP filed a petition for certiorari today urging the U.S. Supreme Court to declare the Military Selective Service Act unconstitutional.
