WASHINGTON, Jan. 8 -- The U.S. Navy issued the following news release:
The newly established United States Naval Community College (USNCC) is launching a pilot program this month with nearly 600 students from the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard participating in the first phase of the program, serving as a template for future USNCC students.
