Earlier today, Illinois and Michigan signed an agreement to advance an invasive Asian carp prevention project at Brandon Road Lock and Dam near Joliet, Illinois. In reaction, Alliance for the Great Lakes Chief Operating Officer Molly Flanagan issued the following statement:
