NEW YORK, Jan. 6 -- Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America issued the following news release:
In response to explosive reporting indicating that the VA's death totals due to COVID19 have now surpassed those of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars combined, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) issued the following statement:
"The VA's continued lack of leadership and proactive communication to the national veteran community as the COVID19 pandemic only worsens . . .
