WASHINGTON, Jan. 6 -- Sen. Gary Peters, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Gary Peters' (MI) bipartisan bill to improve the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) caregiver program was signed into law by President Trump. The Transparency and Effective Accountability Measures for (TEAM) Veteran Caregivers Act, which Peters introduced with U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), will take a number of steps to strengthen transparency and communication for veterans . . .
