The Farm Laborer Wage Board issued its recommendation to New York State lawmakers and Labor Commissioner Roberta Reardon to keep the state overtime pay threshold for farmworkers at 60 hours for time-and-a-half pay and reevaluate the overtime threshold no later than December 15, 2021.
