BLS: Nonfarm Payroll Employment Down in 48 States for Year Ended November 2020

WASHINGTON, Dec. 29 -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics issued the following article from Economics Daily:

Nonfarm payroll employment decreased in 48 states and the District of Columbia and was essentially unchanged in 2 states for the year ended November 2020. The largest percentage declines occurred in Hawaii (-15.2 percent), New York (-10.0 percent), and Michigan (-9.4 percent).
