WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, issued the following news release on Dec. 17:

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) and U.S. Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) introduced the Office for Access to Justice Establishment Act of 2020, bicameral legislation to re-establish the Office for Access to Justice within the Department of Justice. The Office for Access to Justice was closed by former Attorney General Jeff Sessions in 2018.
