NEWARK, New Jersey, Dec. 15 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Craig Carpenito, issued the following news release on Dec. 14:

A Sussex County, New Jersey, man will make his initial court appearance today on charges of fraudulently obtaining a federal Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan of over $5 million, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.
