Sens. Menendez, Booker, Rep. Pallone Applaud Major Disaster Declaration for 11 Counties in NJ Hit Hard by Tropical Storm Isaias

NEWARK, New Jersey, Dec. 14 -- Sen. Robert Menendez, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release on Dec. 12:

U.S. Senators Bob Menendez and Cory Booker and Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (N.J.-06) today applauded the Major Disaster Declaration issued to New Jersey today for the damage inflicted on New Jersey by Tropical Storm Isaias. In October, the lawmakers send a letter to the President supporting Governor Phil Murphy's request for a Major Disaster Declaration.
