Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has signed onto an amicus brief requesting a lawsuit be brought to the Supreme Court by the Attorney General of Texas.
"The amicus brief that was signed by over 100 House Republican Members today is about protecting our Constitution.
"The Constitution is clear; Election Officials and State Executives cannot change . . .
