BUFFALO, New York, Dec. 10 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, James P. Kennedy Jr., issued the following news release on Dec. 9:
U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Brian L. Schumacher, 55, of Penfield, NY, pleaded guilty before Senior U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
