FARMINGTON HILLS, Michigan, Dec. 4 -- The American Concrete Institute Foundation issued the following news:

In commemoration of a recent $50,000 donation from Surendra P. Shah., Ph.D., Hon. MACI, the ACI Foundation is pleased to announce the formation of the new S.P. Shah Fellowship.
