ROCHESTER, New York, Dec. 4 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, James P. Kennedy Jr., issued the following news release:
U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Daciann Brown, 30, a Jamaican native residing in Rochester, NY, who was convicted of failing to appear for sentencing, was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr. to serve 46 months in prison and to pay restitution totaling $182,139.62.
