WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 -- Rep. John Moolenaar, R-Michigan, issued the following statement:
On Sunday, former State Senator Tom Casperson passed away at age 61 due to lung cancer. Congressman John Moolenaar served with Casperson in the Michigan House from 2003 through 2008 and the Michigan Senate from 2011 through 2014. He made the following statement on Casperson's passing:
