NEW YORK, Dec. 1 -- Columbia University Irving Medical Center issued the following news:
David D. Ho, MD, the director of the Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Center at Columbia University, will receive the National Leadership Recognition Award(link is external and opens in a new window) from the National AIDS Memorial on Dec. 1, World AIDS Day.
Anthony Fauci, MD, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, also will be given the same award.
