NEW YORK, Nov. 25 -- The Environmental Defense Fund issued the following statement by Elgie Holstein, senior director for strategic planning:
"The bipartisan Electric Vehicle Mobility Area Planning Act (EV MAP) is an important step toward a clean and dependable transportation system.
