WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Sen. Gary C. Peters, D-Michigan, ranking member of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, issued the following statement as part of a video conference hearing entitled "Early Outpatient Treatment: An Essential Part of a COVID-19 Solution" on Nov. 19:
