NEW YORK, Nov. 19 -- The Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres issued the following news on Nov. 18:

The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)'s eleventh Ebola outbreak was declared over today. Teams with the international medical humanitarian organization Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) have responded to this outbreak in Equateur province, located in the country's northwest, since it was declared in June.
