ROYAL OAK, Michigan, Nov. 18 -- Beaumont Health issued the following news release:
Beaumont Health is moving forward with plans to sell its ambulance division, which includes Community Emergency Medical Service, Inc. (CEMS), Parastar, Inc., and Beaumont Mobile Medicine, to Superior Air- Ground Ambulance Service of Michigan, Inc.
