NEW YORK, Nov. 13 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on Nov. 12:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced today that it has implemented the EPA Lean Management System (ELMS) to 83% of the agency across the United States. The program has enjoyed success in EPA's Region 2 office, covering New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and eight federally recognized Indian Nations.
