NEW YORK, Nov. 12 -- The Committee to Protect Journalists issued the following news on Nov. 11:

Egyptian authorities must immediately release blogger Mohamed Ibrahim, also known as Mohamed Oxygen, and drop all charges against him, the Committee to Protect Journalists said today.
