NEWARK, New Jersey, Nov. 6 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Craig Carpenito, issued the following news release on Nov. 5:
A New York man today admitted he defrauded credit card companies of hundreds of thousands of dollars, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.
James Olla, 28, of Brooklyn, New York, pleaded guilty by videoconference before U.S. District Judge John Michael Vazquez to one count of a superseding indictment charging him with conspirac . . .
