NEW YORK, Nov. 3 -- The International Refugee Assistance Project issued the following news release:
On Saturday, a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled in favor of several asylum seekers who challenged new policies imposed by the Trump Administration that drastically changed the "credible fear" assessment that asylum officers use to determine whether asylum seekers have a credible fear of persecution if returned to their home country. . . .
