BUFFALO, New York, Oct. 31 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, James P. Kennedy Jr., issued the following news release on Oct. 29:
U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Alfredo Diaz a/k/a Dindo, 57, of Jamestown, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo to possessing with intent to distribute, and distributing, fentanyl. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $1,000,000 fine.
