ROCHESTER, New York, Oct. 31 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, James P. Kennedy Jr., issued the following news release on Oct. 30:
U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Robert Fitzgerald, of Rochester, NY pleaded guilty before Chief U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr. to failing to collect and pay over payroll taxes to the Internal Revenue Service. The charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
