BUFFALO, New York, Oct. 28 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, James P. Kennedy Jr., issued the following news release on Oct. 27:
U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Anthony Gerace, 40, of Clarence, NY, pleaded guilty to possessing firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking crimes before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr. The charge carries a minimum penalty of five years in prison, a maximum of life, and a $250,000 fine.
