WASHINGTON, Oct. 20 -- Rep. Andy Levin, D-Michigan, issued the following news release on Oct. 19:

Congressman Andy Levin (MI-09) today announced that President Donald Trump signed Rep. Levin's VA Emergency Department Safety Planning Act into law on Saturday as part of the Commander John Scott Hannon Veterans Mental Health Care Improvement Act, a comprehensive mental health care reform bill for United States veterans.
